Artisan Pizza Company

The side of their trailer states that they have “THE VERY BEST PIZZA.” They are telling the truth! We were sharing a table with a family at Bedworth Street Eats & Beats. When they got a couple of amazing looking pizzas from this street food kitchen, we knew we had to get one too. We’re glad we did because the pizza tasted as amazing as it looked! We went for the most expensive pizza on their menu: the meat feast priced at £13. We didn’t mind paying that much as Artisan Pizza Co. didn’t skimp on the meat and we really enjoyed eating it! The meat feast was loaded with tasty pepperoni, chicken, chorizo and ham, the most toppings out of all of their pizzas. In fact it was so loaded that some of the toppings were sliding off each slice. After a few slices, we discovered that with a little bit of ingenious folding in half, we got the toppings to stay on the slices. Being fully loaded with toppings that slide off on the cheesy goo is not a criticism. I loved it! If we see Artisan Pizza Co. at the next Bedworth Street Eats & Beats, we would definitely eat from this vendor again. Next time, we might add jalapeños for an extra £1 to give the meat feast an extra kick. My very favourite part of the pizza was the crunchy crust. It had such a wonderful, smokey, wood fired taste that you just don’t get with a shop bought or usual take away pizza. It was good that the food was served on paper and a paper plate instead of polystyrene or plastic.
